I drive out of the valley to come to Westview and it is so worth the long drive. This is one of the best clinics I have ever been to, from reception to the doctors to the vet techs, the knowledge and kindness is so great to experience. I have seen both veterinarians now and both Dr. Fraiture and Dr Baldwin are extremely knowledgable and gentle with my senior dog. The technicians, Eve and (I believe) Rebecca, were able to quickly and stress free get blood pulled from my dog who is usually very anxious and very hard to get blood from. They were both so gentle and kind with her and she didn’t get stressed. Wish I could give ten stars :)

First class, comprehensive, personalized care with in-house knowledge to know when to get a specialist involved in petcare. We are exceeding grateful to Dr Jackie who continues to be a very important link to the several specialists involved in dog Jack's care. Vet tech support for important related tasks such as medical grooming, keeping prescriptions in order, etc . Excellent support in filing pet insurance claims. We can't say enough good things about Westview.

Our cat BB always receives the best care from the team at Westview. They truly care about his health and wellbeing, and aside from the car ride, he loves his visits to Westview Veterinary Services.

I am a dog walker and occasionally board dogs in North Vancouver. Today I noticed extreme swelling in and around the eye and jaw of one of my clients dogs who is staying in my care (tooth abscess/infection caused by old laceration) . I immediately called Westview(the dogs vet) and they were extremely helpful. The parents at the time were unable to phone the vet as they were both traveling back to Vancouver. Luckily we were able to get an appointment that day and fit her in for an examination. I am ever grateful at how easy the situation was dealt with and that there was no issues with me bringing her in as I am not her registered owner. The staff at Westview is top notch and clearly care immensely about there four legged clients. I would highly recommend their services!

Our sweet little Coco let us know it was her time, just short of her 16th birthday. I truly feel that we had her company for so much longer due to the excellent care she received in her senior years from all the amazing staff at Westview Vets. They made our end of life experience so much easier with their compassion, caring and understanding. I want to especially thank Rhia for her thoughtfulness and care she gave us.

Very pet friendly office. Our dog doesn’t mind going and is always treated kindly and thoroughly. Her Vet was open to care options and tried to find cost effective solutions if possible

The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, not just to me but to my pet as well. They have been always gentle and patient with my pets, making what could have been a stressful experience a very positive one. It's clear that everyone here truly loves animals and is passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care for their furry family members.
